How to Make Spicy Thai Seafood Salad

Main Ingredients
2 medium-sized squids, cut into 1 cm thick
8 to 10 medium-sized prawns, cut to the size of squids
7 to 8 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced
A handful of coriander

Salad Dressing
1 red chilli, finely chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar


Make the Sauce

  1. Mix red chilli, lime juice, Sriracha sauce, fish sauce and sugar. Set aside

Prep the Seafood

  1. Poach squids and prawns for just 10 seconds.
  2. Soak them in ice-cold water for a few minutes. Strain and set aside.

Assemble the Salad

  1. Super simple— SImply mix all the ingredients and the dressing.
  2. Plate on a cute platter. Enjoy!
