Main Ingredients
2 medium-sized squids, cut into 1 cm thick
8 to 10 medium-sized prawns, cut to the size of squids
7 to 8 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced
A handful of coriander
Salad Dressing
1 red chilli, finely chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
Steps
Make the Sauce
- Mix red chilli, lime juice, Sriracha sauce, fish sauce and sugar. Set aside
Prep the Seafood
- Poach squids and prawns for just 10 seconds.
- Soak them in ice-cold water for a few minutes. Strain and set aside.
Assemble the Salad
- Super simple— SImply mix all the ingredients and the dressing.
